Annual Recital

At the end of each season, AMDA produces an annual recital performance in June.  Our recital is like no other, in that it is always of professional caliber with high quality music, sound, lights, & costumes!

Our 2024 recital, Beyond the Sea, will be taking place June 28 & 29, 2024, at Truett Auditorium on the beautiful campus of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. To purchase tickets, please click HERE.

Recital is optional, however we do encourage all dancers to participate so that they can showcase all of their hardwork and commitment they've put in to their classes! Our instructors begin teaching  recital dances to their classes in January of each year. For dancers wishing to participate in recital, a recital fee of $100 is required by March 1st, which covers the production costs of facility, technicians, event staff, etc. Additionally, recital costume payments are due by November 1st, and will vary based on how many recital dances your child participates in. Each recital dance requires a costume.

The Nutcracker

Each year, Artistic Motion Dance Academy is proud to perform the traditional ballet and timeless holiday classic,  The Nutcracker.

AMDA keeps tradition close to the heart, which is why our friendly and passionate instructors take the time to ensure that this unique experience is fun and memorable for all dancers.

This holiday production features more than 100 AMDA performers and staff, in a fairy tale ballet based on the classic Christmas story.

This year, AMDA is excited to bring your the 11th annual production of The Nutcracker on November 17th and November 18th at Pathway Church of Burleson. This production is an immersive and unforgettable experience and performance like no other!

Birthday Parties & Celebrations!

AMDA is happy to host your special occasion, from birthday parties to graduation parties!

We create individualized rental packages for each guest, depending on the date/day/time and needs. Upon renting our space, you will have access to our lobby, the studio spaces, bathrooms, large parking lot, shaded grassy area out front, boom box, & full kitchen (includes refrigerator, microwave, sink, & oven).

You will also have the option to utilize an AMDA instructor as a dance "character" for your child's party (i.e. Ballerina). AMDA faculty & staff can be involved as little or as much as you'd like (i.e. set up, facilitating party, leading dance activities, etc.) All of these details will be finalized in your rental agreement.
